CorvusPay keeps all your card data safe from the moment you fill out the CorvusPay form. Card data is transferred encrypted from your web browser to your bank card. We never get access to your payment data of your credit card. Also, the data is unavailable to CorvusPay employees. The isolated core is being transferred singly, managing sensitive data and keeping it safe.
The payment form is SSL transport code secured. All collected data are additionally protected by encryption, by an encryption device certified by FIPS 140-2 Level standard.

Delivery is done within a couple of day (depending on your hometown/country). It is a door to door delivery. In case of unsuccessful delivery, when a shipment is returned an additional cost is not added.
The price of delivery is automatically calculated on the site, depending on size and distance.
If the customer does not receive the package, he has to notify the seller so he can find the goods, or send another package.
The goods are sent a couple of days after placing the order (work days). Immediately after sending the goods, you receive a code so you can track your shipment at any time. The goods will be delivered within five work days from sending the goods.
The customer agrees by buying the product to give a phone number to make the delivery faster and easier.
According to consumer protection law, the consumer has a right to reclamation. The reclamation is valid if it is in the consumer protection law. The consumer has to return the product at predetermined time to a predetermined address. The seller has to replace the product or return the money within 14 days from receiving the reclamation.

Unilateral termination of contract
The consumer can terminate the contract unilaterally, 14 days within making or receiving the contract.
The right to terminate the contract starts from the delivery date, or personal acquiring of the product.
To achieve the right to unilateral termination, the consumer has to deliver a written notice of termination. It has to be written on a permanent media, and have all the data it requires. It can be delivered via email or mail.
Cash return can be made only after the goods have been returned or if we have gotten a proof that the goods are being sent back.
